Return Window: Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving their order.
How to Return Your Order If you are not satisfied with your order, received the wrong product, or if the product is defective, please contact us at hello@thegothsociety.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for unsatisfied and defective products.
Return Labels You can request a digital return label by emailing hello@thegothsociety.com.
Refunds Upon receipt and verification of your return, you will be refunded within 5 days via the original payment method used at checkout.
Condition of Returned Items Only products in new condition are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there are signs of use. New condition means unopened, in original packaging, and never used.
Order Cancellation You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After this period we are unable to cancel your order. To cancel, email hello@thegothsociety.com within the first 30 minutes of placing your order.
Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@thegothsociety.com. We will assist you with a return and replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Items If you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@thegothsociety.com and we will arrange a return and send you the correct product as quickly as possible.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please contact hello@thegothsociety.com to arrange a return and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
