What is the delivery time of my order? At The Goth Society, we process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, for a total of 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do I have to pay shipping costs? No. The Goth Society offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Where can I check the current status of my order? We use Track & Trace for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active.

How can I return items? If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the return conditions stated on our website. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 30 days.

What should I do if I provided an incorrect delivery address? You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout.
